This statement is our terms and conditions for our digital courses and monthly paid newsletters between Vibhor Asri Publishing (hereafter referred as ‘US’) and the paid customer (hereafter referred as YOU).
Please read it carefully before buying or subscribing any of our products & services.
If for any reason, you do not agree with these terms and conditions please do not buy or subscribe to our products & services.

SIGNUP FOR DAILY EMAILS
You agree that when you sign up for our daily email tips, you will be added to a mailing list where you will receive daily email tips and promotional offers from us.
OUR PRODUCTS:
Our products include a monthly premium newsletter ‘Persuade and Grow Rich’, digital video, audio, PDF courses, Paperback books, guides, reports, etc. You’ll get access to Google Drive to Video/Audio/PDF our products depending upon what type of product you’ve purchased from us.
OUR SERVICES:
Our services include personal coaching, in-house & public workshops, consultancy, advertising copy critiques, etc. These services are delivered online through virtual meetings.
HOW TO BUY OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES?
There are multiple ways to buy or subscribe our products & services:

4) You can buy our products & services by writing to us at S-194 Ground Floor, Uppal Southend, Sector – 49, Gurugram – 122018, India.
In case the order is sent offline, please fill up the order form clearly and completely. Email id and mobile number are compulsory. All outstation cheques should be payable at par.
When you confirm your order (online, by email, phone or post) in each case you are acknowledging your agreement to these terms and conditions.
If you are a paying subscriber receiving a monthly issue of ‘Persuade and Grow Rich’ you are confirming your subscription once your payment has been processed.
You will receive confirmation of your order and/or payment via email.
We reserve the right to not accept or process or fulfil the order.
If for any reason, we are unable to process payment authorisation by your card issuer, or if we are unable to accept the order, we will notify you. If payment has already been processed, we will refund it to your payment card in full.
You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect or incomplete email id for our products/invoice. You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any distributed product(s) & newsletter(s) that are delivered to the incorrect email address given.
You may not sell or authorise for sale or authorise others to sell our product(s) delivered to you, in whole or in part or any format.
You acknowledge that as between us and you, all intellectual property rights in our products & services and/or any part of it, are owned exclusively by us throughout the world for the full period of copyright.
DELIVERY OF THE NEWSLETTER
You’ll get access to Microsoft Teams to read our PDF Newsletter.
The newsletter will be delivered directly to your email address given when you place the order. Any order placed will commence for the next available issue, so please allow up to 30 days to receive your first issue.
You can change your subscription email id and you need to notify us on deepika.sharma@vibhorasri.com so we can update your subscription details.
DELAYED DELIVERY/NON- DELIVERY
We will not be held liable for any delay of delivery or non-delivery of our products & services as a result of the following circumstances.
(i) Where payment has been refused via your card issuer and/or we are unable to process payment.
(ii) Where a delay or failure or failure to publish is due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
There is NO refund on any of our products and services.
You can cancel our monthly newsletter subscription any time.
There is no refund on any of our products.
We have a 5-day replacement policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
You are eligible for a replacement if the item is different from the item you ordered or damaged in transport.
PRICE GUIDELINES
Buying and Subscription plans of our products & services are displayed online at https://www.vibhorasri.com
We reserve the right to increase or decrease our pricing at any time, and will occasionally run offers and events promotions at a reduced price.
If for any reason, an error has occurred in terms of pricing you are offered for your order, we will notify you immediately. You will need to contact us to reconfirm the order, and if we are unable to contact you, it will be cancelled. If payment is taken incorrectly and processed twice, we will refund you the additional payment made.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND USE OF YOUR DATA
We use the personal and transactional information you supply to us to fulfil your order. When you confirm your order we require your acceptance of the content of our privacy policy.
With your consent, we send you daily emails about our content, products, or services that could be of interest to you. We use Zoho as our email marketing platform to communicate with our free subscribers as well as paid customers.
Zoho offers a double opt-in service and the option to unsubscribe at any time which will delete any of your personal data.
SECURITY AND PROCESSING PAYMENT
We confirm that we use reasonable efforts to ensure that purchasing our products & services through us is completely safe and secure, but we shall not be responsible for any loss of data or any other loss in the event that such security is compromised. In particular, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the personal or payment information you provide us. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use by a third party.
If you pay using your credit card, debit card or Net banking, your order is processed by Razorpay privacy statements to give you further information on how they use and keep your data safe.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer payment details with third parties. Your bank or credit card statement will be processed under our name VIBHOR ASRI or VIBHOR ASRI PUBLISHING.
VARIATION AND REVIEW OF THESE TERMS
We keep these terms under regular review. It was last updated in October 2022. We reserve the right to modify it at any time so would encourage you to regularly review it. Once we have communicated any such changes by email, or by updating our terms and conditions online you will automatically be bound by the revised terms and conditions with immediate effect.
JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi courts, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM YOU?
The personal data we collect from you may include your name, address, email address, contact number(s) and IP address. We also may collect information from you surrounding your ‘area of interest(s)’ this includes what content/services that are of interest to you, as well as pages you have visited on our website. If you pay to buy our products & services, your payment details are not held by us, it is collected by a third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.

- Send you relevant content updates that you have requested, and may be of interest to you

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CAN THIRD PARTIES ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties, nor will we share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where you have consented to us doing so, we may occasionally send e-Communications to you, or advertise third parties services via our own website, e-Communications or newsletter however your details are not then shared.
