He used Direct Response to build his agency into one of the most successful in the world.

The whole advertising world is divided into two categories:

  • General advertising. Also known as Image or Brand advertising.
  • Direct Response Advertising or Direct Marketing

So, what’s the basic difference?

For me, the difference is RESULTS.

General Advertising is passive, slow, building image.

Direct Response is active, fast, bringing sales right from the first day.

Let me ask you one question.

In a war, whom we should send to kill the enemy from the sky?

Passenger Pilot?

Or

Fighter Pilot?

I’m sure you know the answer.

Business is also like a war.

You need to get results right from the first day.

And for this, you need to use Direct Response as your most lethal weapon.

Direct Response is all about your accountability. Your performance. Your Salesmanship.

If you know your stuff, rewards can be immediate. Cash starts flowing to your account right from the first day you publish your Ad.

But if you don’t know what you’re doing, no one can stop you from dying hungry.

So, either perform or perish.
