For me, losers are those who keep making mistakes and blaming others for their failures.

They don’t want to learn and grow.

Instead, they are looking for miracles.

And if they fail again they have a bunch of excuses.

If you find these people still surviving in your company it’s simply because of their sympathy-gaining and boot-licking capabilities.

Here are some of the common excuses given by them:

  • The market is very slow these days.
  • People don’t buy expensive items.
  • People are not interested in new/revolutionary products.
  • The prospect is saying the price is very high.
  • People are not buying because of fear of recession.
  • Only offers work in our business.
  • Our competitors are quite big. It’s very difficult to compete with them unless we give more discounts.
  • Our competitors have better products than us.
  • It’s very difficult to get good salespeople these days.
  • We need a lot of money and resources to start a new business.
  • Our competitor has better qualifications OR more experience.
  • We don’t have money to grow our business.
  • Boss is always right.

Their lame excuses are contagious.

Keeping them in your company is injurious to your business health.

It’s better to show them the door if you want your business to grow.
