In my last article, I talked about Lalaism culture that still exists in many companies. It badly affects the mental health of employees to the level that they quit their job.
No company can survive for long where hardworking employees are not treated well.
Where there is incompetency at the top level, you will find Lalaism culture deeply rooted in their company.
If you’re influenced by Lalaism culture then here are some more tips on how to fire good employees and destroy your business without dirtying your hands…
- Assign a lot of powers to your bootlicker employees by creating an impression that they are very loyal to the company or have devoted many years of their life in your company. However, you need to be careful that you don’t talk about their incompetency and poor performance.
- Conduct useless meetings daily where you talk about all those things like politics, sports, movies which have nothing to do with your business. Since good employees have productive habits, like completing work on time, they will automatically stay late in the office to finish urgent work.
- Assign your favourite bureaucrats to keep interfering with the good employees’ work. Your objective is to make them frustrated without coming into the picture. Your image will always remain clean & clear.
- Organize parties and family events and make it compulsory for everyone to attend. Tell your pet subordinates to make a note who is skipping. Now you get a reason for not paying attention and listening to some people inside your office.
- Create such panic situations where your good employees desperately need your favours. This requires some genius manipulation from your side. And in return for your favours, you can demand their blood, toil, tears, and sweat.
If you’re already doing things like these in your business then Congratulations! You are going to destroy your company very soon.
